SHI KAN DANG" as incised Chinese
letters-Tai-Mountain stone lion of the demon
resister. In ancient China, people believed that, to
place a stone lion "TAI SHAN SHI KAN DANG"
in the front of the main gate could resist all the
demons.
Tai-Mountain
is one of the huge mountains, in Shandong area,
China, Chinese people believed that a lion from
Tai-Mountain must be very powerful to resist all the
attacks from the demons.
