This Tibetan 18th Century gilt scepter Khativanga was made of hollow in the silver part, not solid piece. It's character shows might be made in China and sent as a gift to a Tibetan temple in Qian Long period 18th century.

Usually, a scepter was used in the ritual occasions. It was a symbol of power that given from Buddha.

We are told that the three head figures in the top of this scepter are the symbols of whole stages of a life.

Inside of the hollow silver wand, there are several granular materials-may be the holly relics.
