This was a congratulation gift sent by a high range official to the Governor of Fujian States, in 1895 AD, relief carved and painted; all their titles and the sending date were described on the right and left sides. The
three large Chinese letters from right to left are "ZHOU ( state )
SHU MAH ( title of governor )" - the Governor of State. |
